Manan Bharatkumar Brahmbhatt is a seasoned finance and operations professional with a strong educational background, including a B.Com from Gujarat University and an MBA in Finance from Halifax College, London. His career began in 2002 at ICICI Bank in Ahmedabad, where he contributed to a Six Sigma project aimed at enhancing customer service efficiency. He then moved to SGP Contracts Ltd in 2003 as Finance Manager, handling diverse responsibilities such as payroll management, VAT returns, and project loan appraisals. In 2009, Manan took on a new challenge with Alpari Financial Services India Pvt Ltd, where he refined his expertise in finance and operations. Since 2013, he has played a crucial role at Sahaj Solar Ltd as Finance, Operations, and Maintenance Manager, overseeing procurement, project management, and maintenance. Beyond his professional achievements, Manan is an avid cricket enthusiast and film lover, having been an Inter College Cricket Champion at LJ College.

Kanaksinh Agarsinh Gohil is the Executive Director of our Company and a member of the Board since 2014. He possess qualification of Higher Secondary Education. He has ~8 years’ experience in Solar Industry. He has good knowledge in the domain of EPC work and oversees the production of PV panels and logistics at Sahaj Solar. He contributes to the company with his innovative ideas and solutions, based on his rich insights and understanding.

Dilip Balshanker Joshi is a highly experienced Superintending Engineer with over 33 years in power generation, transmission, and distribution. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.E. in Industrial Engineering, and an MBA in Finance, reflecting his diverse expertise. Dilip has excelled in quality control, material inspection, and technical evaluations of bids, with a proven track record in vendor assessments, preventive maintenance, and failure analysis. His leadership skills have enabled him to manage teams effectively, train staff, and coordinate with government and private sectors. Notably, he has played a key role in the efficient operation of Gujarat’s state grid, including integrating renewable energy. As a retired professional, Dilip now offers valuable insights as a freelance consultant, advising on solar energy projects and other power sector initiatives. His dedication to excellence and innovative approach make him a significant asset to any organization in the power industry.

Sureshchandra Rao is a distinguished senior executive with over 43 years of comprehensive experience in IT project management, data analytics, MIS, supply chain logistics, and HR management. Holding a Master’s in Statistics, he has spearheaded transformative initiatives across both public and private sectors. Currently, as Director and Board Member at Sahaj Solar Ltd., Sureshchandra Rao drives strategic planning and operational excellence. Previously, as Director of IT & HR Operations at Sahaj Solar Ltd., he played a crucial role in developing ERP and HRMS solutions. His career also includes significant roles such as Managing Partner at CIEL HR Services Ltd., HR Consultant for the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur and the Gujarat Ecology Commission, and Head of Human Resources at IIM Ahmedabad. Recognized with the CSI-Nihilent Award and the National Award for e-Governance, Sureshchandra Rao is celebrated for his contributions to operational efficiency, profitability, and leadership in IT and HR management.

Amita Jatin Parikh is a distinguished retired Executive Engineer with over 30 years of extensive experience in electrical engineering. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from NIT Surat, a Bachelor of Laws from Sardar Patel University, and an Advanced Certificate in Project Management from IGNOU. Starting her career as a Junior Engineer in Meter Testing, Amita progressed through roles such as Deputy Engineer and ultimately served as an Executive Engineer and Safety Officer at the Electricity Company in Vadodara. She excelled in managing power distribution networks, leading safety initiatives, and overseeing government agricultural projects. Amita also played a pivotal role in the upgradation of ITI Chhotauuepur and served as a ladies’ representative at the Electricity Company. In addition to her engineering achievements, she is a certified yoga trainer with a strong commitment to academic and community service. Her leadership and dedication have made a lasting impact on both technical and educational fields.

Poonam P. Panchal is a seasoned Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with eight years of expertise in Corporate Governance, Legal Compliance, and Financial Management. She holds a Company Secretary (CS) qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), an LLB from Gujarat University, and an MBA in Finance alongside a BBA from the same institution. Currently, she plays a pivotal role at Sahaj Solar Limited, contributing significantly to the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) process. Poonam’s career includes notable positions at various listed companies, where she excelled in regulatory compliance, legal documentation, and financial oversight. Renowned for her meticulous approach to SEBI regulations and her effective communication with regulatory bodies, Ms. Panchal is dedicated to driving excellence and supporting organizational growth with her positive attitude and commitment to her work.
